The African Institute of Research and Development Studies (AIRADS College) has officially announced a major recruitment drive for qualified trainers ahead of its January/February 2026 intake. This opportunity targets skilled professionals passionate about training, mentorship, and hands-on instruction across technical, health, and vocational fields.
Available Trainer Positions
AIRADS College is seeking competent trainers in the following areas:
Electrical Engineering (Power Option)
Clinical Nurse Instruction
Hairdressing & Beauty Therapy
Driving School & Plant Operation
Water Engineering & Plumbing
Automotive Engineering
Building Construction Technology
These positions are open across AIRADS’ national campuses, providing opportunities in multiple regions of Kenya.
Minimum Requirements
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
Degree or Diploma with pedagogical training in the relevant field
At least 2 years of teaching experience
Plant Operator Instructors must operate at least two Class C plants
Valid driving/instructor license (for Driving School and Plant Operators)
Good communication skills
Computer literacy
Clinical Nurse Instructors must hold a valid Nursing Council of Kenya (NCK) registration
