Key Responsibilities
• Accurately process all customer transactions including cash, card, and mobile money payments.
• Maintain an organized and tidy checkout area.
• Provide exceptional customer service, assisting with inquiries and resolving minor issues.
• Perform daily reconciliation of cash register and report any discrepancies.
• Promote loyalty programs and special offers to customers.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding cash handling and customer service.
• Assist in bagging items efficiently and courteously.
• Collaborate with other retail staff to ensure a smooth flow of operations.

Required Skills
